- 3rd Year Project -
This urban housing proposal in the Merchant City district of Glasgow balances aspects of living and working with a unique twist. The apartment types are aimed at self employed professionals in the creative industry who can display their work work from their rear balconies adjacent to an art and music outdoor events venue.
With separate entrances for both living and working, this proposal carefully considers design features that prevents both spaces from interrupting with one another.
